Lalani & Co Fine Tea Dinner

Executive chef Gary Foulkes has prepared an excellent menu showcasing Angler’s seafood cuisine, with each course pared to a different tea from Lalani & Co’s library, including the Kirari Crystal Gyokuro (one of the best teas they have had in the collection) and the Silver Buds 2020 (a chance to learn about a white tea as it starts its ageing process). The evening will begin with a 0% matcha cocktail with canapés, followed by snacks, and five courses paired with five teas. Their founder Jameel Lalani will take you through the craft and tasting notes of each tea and share some stories from nearly 13 years in the tea trade.
