WELCOME CRAIG JOHNSTON, HEAD CHEF
Working alongside Chef Consultant Gary Foulkes, Craig brings his creative flair to the renowned menus that have earned Angler its stellar reputation.
Craig's journey began at 16 in his hometown of Maidenhead. He then moved to London to join Pollen Street Social, honing his pastry skills, before moving to the Michelin- starred Royal Oak in Paley Street. At just 21, Craig became the youngest-ever winner of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2017.
Following his MasterChef victory, Craig joined the team at Marcus Belgravia, working with Marcus Wareing.
Over the course of 4 years, he worked his way up to become Head Chef, a position he held for 2 years. His accomplishments earned him an Acorn Award in 2022, marking him as one of the industry's brightest stars.
