“For a proper treat this Christmas day, Angler is the perfect option. The Michelin-Starred seafood restaurant is serving a spectacular menu of either 3 or 6 courses. Starting with Champagne and Canapes, guests can choose from a starter of either Crab ravioli, blood orange, endive and basil or Terrine, foie gras, butter poached chicken and quince.

Main course options are either the Honey roast Goosnargh duck, sausage roll of the leg, red cabbage and parsnip or Dover Sole, bubble and squeak, black truffle and chestnut.

To finish, indulgent yet refined puddings include either Christmas pudding souffle, burnt orange ice cream, brandy sauce and custard or Clementine trifle, white chocolate, vanilla and clementine. To take full advantage of the menu, guests can have all 6 courses for £130, or just stick to the 3 courses for £100. All guests will be spoilt with a final treat of Mince Pie ice cream.”
