Michelin-starred British seafood is the catch of the day – Dorset crab, Cornish turbot, Newlyn cod – accompanied by up-to-date ingredients, often with a Mediterranean accent: monkfish with blood orange, taramasalata and Greek basil, say.

To drink, the heavyweight global list is a white wine lover’s dream, while gin cocktails are dispensed from a bar dressed with flowers to evoke the botanicals in the mixes.”
