This autumn, prepare to sample the quintessential flavours of Scotland as of one the nation’s finest Scotch brands team up with Michelin-starred Angler at the South Place Hotel to create the Talisker Whisky Terrace. The collaboration will bring a taste of the Isle of Skye to the city within the setting of one of London’s best restaurants.
On offer at the terrace will be a list of specially crafted cocktails such as Campfire Hot Chocolate (Talisker 10yr, oat milk, golden syrup, water, cocoa powder, dark chocolate buttons), Strawberry Skye 75 (Talisker Skye, prosecco, strawberry and raspberry purée, heather honey syrup) and the Foragers Old Fashioned (Talisker Storm, dash black walnut bitters, dash Angostura bitters, fig jam, honey syrup, mineral water). On top of this, small dishes will be available courtesy of Executive Chef Gary Foulkes, featuring seasonal, carefully sourced produce.
