“Renowned seafood restaurant Angler is serving a Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu full of seafood treats.
Starting with a glass of rosé champagne alongside Aged Beaufort and truffle gougeres, this will be followed by delicious plates including Squid ink cracker, taramasalata, Esplette pepper and Dorset crab, avocado, wasabi, nashi pear.
The star dish features Roast Cornish turbot, parsley root, smoked bacon, Scottish langoustines, whilst the final course includes a suitably pink Yorkshire rhubarb, Sable Breton, stem ginger, Greek basil.”
