This June, Angler’s Executive Chef Gary Foulkes, will be making his journey across the Atlantic to the remote and rugged islands of Canada’s West Coast.

Amidst the shores of Haida Gwaii and located on the island’s highest point for breath-taking views of ancient rain forests is the famous The West Coast Fishing Club.

Within close proximity to abundant fishing and named one of the most luxurious ocean fishing resorts in the world, The West Coast Fishing Club will be celebrating its 30^th anniversary this year.

With this in mind, the resort’s luxury flagship property, The Clubhouse, will be hosting an International Culinary Series from the 10^th until 14^th June with Angler’s Executive Chef, Gary, as the head line chef – delighting guests with his culinary mastery.
