At Bluebird Chelsea, Avenue and Angler (all D&D institutions) from 4-6 October, the innovative flavours of Singapore will be showcased. The Michelin-starred Singapore-based chefs Julien Royer (Odette), Jason Tan (Corner House) and Malcolm Lee (Candlenut) will all create their own bespoke set menus. These will be paired with cocktails made by mixologists working at bars featured in The World’s 50 Best Bars list. ”
