“This Michelin-starred seafood restaurant has just launched a pairing menu that matches a Seedlip cocktail to three courses – starter, main and dessert.

Each of the iterations of Seedlip feature, so there’s a drink made with Spice 94 (the original), the pea-scented Garden 108 and, to finish, a drink made using the orangey Grove 42, which has been designed to match rhubarb tart with Brillat-Savarin cream, stem ginger and basil. The menu costs £50 and is available until 15 February.”
