Led by Executive Chef, Gary Foulkes, the ever-changing menu features only seasonal and carefully sourced produce, to produce picture-perfect plates. Using passion and precision, Gary meticulously curates each dish to celebrate the taste and textures of the ingredients, using a variation of techniques, flavouring and seasoning. Whilst known for sensational seafood, vegetarians and carnivores are also well catered for with the best seasonal and local produce.
To complement, the restaurant offers extensive bottled wine lists, led by the Head Sommelier, Alessandro Giani.
The Chef’s View, Angler’s semi private dining room, is located at the end of the restaurant, where guests can feel and see into the buzz of the kitchen. With views looking out across the City, this spot is an ideal space for intimate dinners or celebrating special occasions.
The Angler Terrace, is a rooftop terrace with an adjoining bar. As one of the City’s hidden gems, with views looking out across the Capital, this west-facing space is perfect for soaking the afternoon sun and brings a little piece of Provence to the heart of London. With a retractable roof and heaters, the terrace ensures that guests stay warm and dry whatever the weather.

Gary Foulkes has a wealth of experience, with over two decades of working in Michelin-starred restaurants and in some of the UK’s most highly-acclaimed establishments. Starting his career under the guidance of Gary Rhodes, he has since worked with a whole series of acclaimed chefs, including John Campbell, at The Vineyard at Stockcross (**) as well as Richard Neat and William Drabble at the Aubergine (*) in Chelsea, and Philip Howard’s renowned Restaurant, The Square (**) in Mayfair.
In April 2016, Gary joined the Michelin-starred restaurant, Angler, as Executive Head Chef. He has since retained the restaurant’s Michelin star in the 2018 Michelin Guide, whilst creating a new reputation for Angler, focusing on his unique style of cooking.
