Pick from a range of dishes curated by Executive Chef Gary including Lightly poached Jersey oysters, blood orange, Yorkshire rhubarb, squid, Roast Wild Turbot, onion “carbonara”, persillade of chanterelles, red wine, and White Chocolate Tart, Yorkshire rhubarb, ginger beer, pain d’spice.
