You’re invited to the ultimate chocoholic’s dream… an exclusive evening in partnership with Valrhona Chocolate to celebrate National Chocolate Week 2023!
As pioneers and leaders in the world of chocolate, Valrhona imagines the best of chocolate at every stage of its value chain to create a fair, sustainable cocoa industry and inspire gastronomy that looks, tastes and does good.
Executive Chef Gary Foulkes has worked alongside our Executive Pastry Chef Nelson Barros to meticulously curate each dish on this bespoke four-course tasting menu to showcase the finest cocoa and provide you with an opportunity to experience chocolate in a new way, tasting the varying depths of flavour profiles from Ivoire 35% Chocolate to Tulakalum 75% chocolate. This special menu will be served with three wine pairings carefully selected by our Head Sommelier, Daniele Arcangeli.
Join us on October 19th or 20th, 7pm at our semi-private communal Chef’s View table at Angler, providing views over East London and into the kitchen.
