“Angler has partnered with Laurent-Perrier for a festive installation on its heated rooftop terrace. The Champagne house has created a winter cocktail menu and Angler’s Exec Chef Gary Foulkes will be serving a special small-plate menu: think venison bolognese croquettes; chestnut hummus with grilled pitta bread; and reblochon with Alsace bacon and caramelised onion flat bread. The terrace has been fully kitted out for the Christmas period with glistening baubles, silk drapery, crystal icicles and Christmas trees.
The drinks list will include Laurent-Perrier’s La Cuvee Brut champagne and Cuvee Rose, as well as two cocktails: the LP Winter, (Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee with honey, sloe gin, lemon juice, clove, rosemary and berries), and Rose Memoire (Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose with redcurrant jelly, clementine juice and redcurrants).”
